Recruitment Process
The recruitment process varies on the role you are applying for, however, generally, the process looks like this:1. Submit application: Email your CV to us or fill in the application below.
2. Review: Your application will be reviewed by our team. If you are successful, you will be offered an interview.
3. Interview: An in-person interview will be organised with you to find out about your motivations and see if you’re a good fit for the role and team. This is where you’ll get to showcase your skills, personality and work experience. If you are not in Perth and are applying for a remote job, we will be able to set up an online interview.
4. Offer: If you have been successful, we’ll give you a ring or send you an email to let you know the good news!
